About to QCCCT 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity and Communication Technology (QCCCT 2026) will be grandly held in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, China. As a convergence point of the "Belt and Road Initiative" and a national first batch of smart city construction pilot cities, Lianyungang is accelerating the layout of the new generation information technology industry and actively integrating into the digital economic development pattern of the Yangtze River Delta. This conference is located in this coastal city, which combines the advantages of port openness and the vitality of scientific and technological innovation, aiming to create a high-level international academic exchange platform focusing on cutting-edge interdisciplinary fields. All full paper submissions to the QCCCT 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of QCCCT 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to qccct@confsmanual.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
