About to ICIEIS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Internet, Education and Information Science (ICIEIS 2026) will be held in Xiamen, a scientific and technological innovation and education highland along the southeast coast of China. This conference focuses on the deep integration of Internet technology, educational innovation and information science, and is committed to building an interdisciplinary and cutting-edge international academic exchange platform, bringing together experts and scholars, university researchers, information technology developers, education managers and policy makers in computer science, educational technology, artificial intelligence, big data, network and information security, distance education, intelligent learning environment and education management. The conference will focus on the application of 5G/6G and the next generation Internet in the educational scene, the AI driven personalized learning and intelligent teaching system, the practice of big data analysis in education evaluation and management decision-making, the optimization of user experience and learning effectiveness of online education platforms, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) enabling immersive teaching, education data privacy protection and network security governance, the balanced allocation of smart campus construction and digital education resources, information literacy and digital citizenship education, the application of blockchain technology in education certification, and the strategies to address the digital divide in urban and rural education. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, technology exhibitions, and case studies, we aim to promote the deep integration and innovative transformation of information technology and the education system. ICIEIS 2026 emphasizes the core concept of "Internet empowered education, data-driven teaching, and technology led learning", and is committed to building a more equitable, efficient, and intelligent new education ecosystem. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in international journals indexed by EI, Scopus, IEEE, or CSSCI to enhance academic influence.

All full paper submissions to the ICIEIS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICIEIS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icieis@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
