About to DMBDE 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Data Mining, Blockchain and Digital Economy (DMBDE 2026) will be grandly held in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China in April 2026. As a national digital economy innovation development pilot zone, a cross-strait integration development demonstration zone and a core city of the "Digital Fujian" strategy, Xiamen has achieved remarkable results in the marketization of data elements, the construction of blockchain infrastructure, cross-border digital trade and the industrial ecosystem of artificial intelligence in recent years. Relying on the "Data Port" construction promoted by the Xiamen Data Administration Bureau and the province's first data asset registration center, Xiamen is accelerating the creation of a global influential digital economy development highland. DMBDE 2026 focuses on the deep integration of core technologies and economic paradigms in the digital era. The submission topics cover: big data mining and knowledge discovery, federated learning and privacy computing, the application of blockchain in finance, supply chain and government affairs, smart contracts and decentralized identity (DID), data asset ownership and transaction mechanisms, the digital RMB ecosystem, new models of digital economy driven by AIGC, data governance and compliance, as well as the upgrading paths of industrial transformation under the digitalization trend. These are all cutting-edge directions. The conference will invite renowned scholars from both domestic and international, technical leaders of leading technology enterprises, and policy makers to deliver keynote speeches. It will also organize special forums, exchanges among young scholars, paper exhibitions, and activities for industry-academia-research collaboration. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings in English and submitted to authoritative databases such as EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All full paper submissions to the DMBDE 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of DMBDE 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to dmbde@confsmanual.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
